DOMESTIC
For United States customers, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately to see how we can fix the issue. I will not issue refunds after 7 days.
I do not issue refunds on custom artwork after it has shipped. You will have plenty of opportunities to approve your artwork before it ships.
If an item is damaged upon arrival please take photos immediately and send to calypsoconch@gmail.com.
INTERNATIONAL
For international customers, I do not issue refunds on custom artwork. You will have plenty of opportunities to approve your artwork before it ships. If an item is damaged upon arrival please take photos immediately and send to calypsoconch@gmail.com.
I will only issue refunds on lost packages after 90 days.
Please, double check your address to ensure it is accurate. I will not refund shipping charges on returned packages due to failures to claim or incorrect addresses.
