Shipping policy

Please read all shipping rules:

DOMESTIC

Orders are shipped domestically using UPS and USPS. Most available items, without custom work, ship within 2-4 days of ordering. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. All custom artwork has a 2-3 week minimum lead time before shipping.

Please, double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

I will not issue refunds due to incorrect addresses.

If you would like your order reshipped you will be responsible for extra shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive after shipping. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, shipping times can be as much as 8 weeks.

Please, double check your shipping address before submitting your order. I will not issue refunds for shipping charges on returned international orders due to incorrect addresses or failures to claim.

I will only issue refunds on lost packages after 90 days.

Please be aware that you, the recipient, are responsible for customs duties and taxes (if any) imposed by your country and you should check with your local customs office to be aware of any additional fees you may encounter. Calypso Conch has no control over these fees.
